The guarantee does not promise a job offer, interview, recruiter response, or a specific hiring outcome. It also does not cover missing or inaccurate information supplied in the questionnaire, requests for a completely different target role after delivery, unlimited revisions, or extra work outside the package purchased.

Default delivery includes PDF (.pdf), Microsoft Word (.docx), Rich Text Format (.rtf), plain text (.txt), and a Google Docs link. You can also choose a single preferred format in the questionnaire.
If you add LinkedIn or choose Full Application Kit, we deliver a rewritten headline and About section. LinkedIn URL is required for Full Application Kit because LinkedIn work is included by default. For Resume Audit and Resume Rewrite, the LinkedIn URL field only appears if you choose the LinkedIn add-on.
