The guarantee does not promise a job offer, interview, recruiter response, or a specific hiring outcome. It also does not cover missing or inaccurate information supplied in the questionnaire, requests for a completely different target role after delivery, unlimited revisions, or extra work outside the package purchased.

Please email us first so we can revise, resend files, or process a refund if appropriate. A chargeback goes through the cardholder's bank and may take longer than a direct Stripe refund. We keep checkout records, questionnaire details, delivery timestamps, and support emails so we can respond accurately if a dispute is opened.
